It’s an easy and convenient way to spread the cost of your treatment over time, ensuring you never have to delay necessary care due to financial constraints.

Smiles Club Savings Plan

Our Smiles Club Savings Plan bridges the gap for patients that are uninsured, underinsured or are unable to use their insurance at our practice. Enjoy substantial savings on our top-notch dental services through this exclusive, in-house membership plan.

The Smiles Club membership is renewable on a yearly basis, with package prices subject to change at renewal. Membership is non-refundable, and all benefits are usable in the 12-month period after your membership is paid in full. There are no exceptions to this policy. The Smiles Club entitles members to a generous 15% courtesy; therefore, we require that all treatments be paid in full at the time of the appointment. If you use CareCredit to extend payments, your discounts will be adjusted to 10% total to account for our finance charges. 

Your plan may not be combined with any other offers, other plans, or insurance submission, and it will not apply for any outside referrals. The courtesy and The Smiles Club membership benefits cannot be combined with financing options.
